Monday through Friday 9:00AM — 6:00PM
To ensure you get the day and time you want, try to book your appointments a few weeks in advance. For first time customers, we ask that you have a credit card or a gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment. We will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your appointment.
We ask for clients to provide a 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment/ reschedule. A 24 hour will be accepted or the guaranteeing credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment. No-show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment.
Monika Stone Skin accepts cash, checks, travelers check or any Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex with/ without a chip.
Gratuities are not included in the service price and cannot be added to the totals on credit cards. Our aestheticians appreciate and graciously accept cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks.
Monika Stone Skin gift certificates are always available. They make wonderful gifts for any occasion. They may be purchased as an individual treatment, a customized combination package or in a specific dollar amount.
We will be happy to accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. Returns may be exchanged for other products or salon credit. No cash or credit card refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on open make-up/cosmetics. We are happy to provide samples of selected items to ensure your satisfaction and approval.
