Hours of Operation
We are available Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
Appointments
To ensure you get the day and time you want, try to book your appointments a few weeks in advance. For first-time customers, we ask that you have a credit card or a gift certificate number available to guarantee your appointment. We will contact you by telephone or email to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment, your guaranteeing credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment. No-show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment.
Payments
Monika Stone Skin accepts cash, checks, traveler’s checks, or any Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card, with/without a chip.
Gratuity
We do not include gratuities in the price of services and cannot add them to the totals on credit cards. Our aestheticians appreciate and graciously accept cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks.
Gift Certificates
Monika Stone Skin gift certificates are always available. They make wonderful gifts for any occasion. You may purchase them as an individual treatment, a customized combination package or in a specific dollar amount. To purchase, please email or phone our office.
Return/Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. You may exchange returns for other products or for salon credit. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened. We are happy to provide samples of selected items to ensure your satisfaction and approval.
