COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Scheduling

  • We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well, or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, or have had any known exposure.
  • We will be very understanding and sensitive with our cancellation policies during this COVID-19 time.
  •  In anticipation of potential cancellations, we will be trying to condense our schedule in order to limit hours of operation. We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.


Before Your Visit

  • In addition to our Universal Precautions for cleaning, our staff will thoroughly disinfect our treatment rooms between each client.
  • We have added UV sanitizer lamps and hepa air purifiers to our treatment rooms..


Arrival

  • To keep with the mandatory social distancing guidelines, we ask that you wait in your car, and call or text us to our main number 650-462-0602 when you arrive in the parking lot. In return we will call, or text you when we are ready for you to come up.
  • When you arrive, we will greet you in our foyer, and ask you to use hand sanitizer, and sign our COVID-19 waiver.
  • We will be taking your temperature and performing a smell test before entering our office.
  • If your temperature reads at or above 99.5°F, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please be aware that there may be a 5 to 10-minute wait while we clean and disinfect your treatment room. We will do our very best to stay as close as possible to your appointment time and apologize in advance for any wait time. Making sure that everything is clean and safe for you to come in, is most important to us!
  • We need to ask everyone to wear a mask or face covering upon entering the building to adhere to the county health mandate. We suggest that you bring a clean un-used mask to your appointment for after the facial.
  • Please discard any food and beverage prior to entering, per the county health guidelines.
  • After you are all checked in at foyer, please proceed directly to your treatment room.
  • If for any reason you are made to wait a few minutes in our waiting room, please adhere to the mandated 6’ feet social distancing and mask wearing guidelines.
  •  Only the person with the appointment should be entering the building unless that person is a parent to a minor, or a caretaker. We can’t have additional people waiting in our waiting room per the county health guidelines.
  • Once again, upon entering the treatment room, please use the hand sanitizer on the table next to the chair.
  • We will cover the changing chair with a disposable sheet, for you to place all your personal belongings.
  • Please leave your credit card on the silver tray located on the side table next to the changing chair before you get onto the facial bed. We will complete your transaction during your treatment and will wipe your card clean with a disinfecting wipe before returning it to you with your receipt.
  • We apologize for not providing chocolate treats, water or magazines during this COVID-19 time; however, we are adhering to the county health guidelines.


During Your Appointment

  • Our aestheticians will be wearing a mask, face shield, and gloves during your entire treatment. We will change into new masks and gloves between each client. We will be wearing aprons that will be cleaned after each client as well.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer located on the side table in the treatment room when you arrive back from using the restroom.
  • A single clean plastic glove will be left for you to use to open doors on your way out of the office, if you choose to wear one.

Purchasing Products

  •  If you purchase any products, we will sanitize them, and leave them in the treatment room for you to take in a new clean bag.
  • If you need to purchase products between treatments, please call us to place your order before coming to our office, so that we can make sure we have it sanitized and ready. It will be best to pay over the phone. Call or text us when you arrive, and we will bring your products to you.
  • We are unable to keep our testers out on the shelf at this time according to the health guidelines, however we can make you a tester upon request.
  • If you are in the spa and need products, please ask us to get them for you, and we will be happy to take them off the shelf and clean them before you take them home.


Where We Are Grateful For Your Understanding

  • Upon deep and long consideration, we will be implementing a 10% price increase upon our reopening. This has been a very hard decision to make, but this will help us stay sustainable, and allow us to be here for you when you need us.
